Privacy Policy
Effective 14 October 2026
Adjutana collects no data about you. This is not a promise about the future — it is a description of how the product is built: there is no server of ours for your data to reach.
What happens to your data
Adjutana has two parts: a server application you install on your own computer, and a client that connects to it. Your mail, tasks, calendar and the language model's answers live on your computer and never come back to us.
The language model also runs on your computer. The text of your mail is not sent to OpenAI or to any other external service.
What the app connects to
- Your own Adjutana server — the one you installed. You set the address.
- Your mail server and calendar — using the settings you entered. Passwords are stored encrypted on your own computer.
- The update server — the app asks whether a newer version exists. That request carries nothing but the current version number.
There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking libraries in the app.
Permissions the app asks for
- Local network — so your phone can find your computer running Adjutana. Without it the app cannot reach the server.
- Microphone — only when you start dictation yourself. The recording is transcribed on your computer and stays there.
- Notifications — so reminders arrive when the app is closed.
Review server
A separate server with invented data is provided for App Store review: a fictional person, fictional letters and meetings. No real correspondence is there, and none can be.
Deleting your data
All data lives on your computer. Deleting it means deleting the application and its data folder; you do not need to contact anyone, and no copies remain with us.
Changes
If the product changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and change the date above.
